These conditions apply between Åminne Fritid & Havsbad AB and the person who enters into an agreement according to what is stated below.
The reservation is binding for both parties after we have confirmed it, and you have paid the registration fee.
You will receive a confirmation of your reservation via e-mail. You may dispose of the cabin/objects from the time stated on your booking confirmation.

It is the guest's responsibility to check the documents as soon as they are received. Any inaccuracies must be reported immediately. All persons must be stated at the time of booking, if the number of persons is exceeded we have the right to charge the guest responsible for the booking, SEK 500/person/night. To book accommodation at Åminne Fritid & Havsbad, the guest must be 18 years old. If you have a complaint about the object, you must contact the reception in the first instance by no later than 12 the day after arrival so that any ambiguities can be resolved immediately during your stay.
If we do not come to an agreement in negotiation, you can turn to Allmänna Reklamation - ARN.

The first partial payment is the registration fee, 20% of the object price as well as the booking fee (70 SEK) and any cancellation protection which must be available to Åminne Fritid & Havsbad no later than 10 days after the booking.
Final payment must reach us no later than 40 days before arrival.
When booking later than 40 days before arrival, full payment of the entire amount must be made immediately.
*Åminne Fritid does not send payment reminders. The booking is canceled if payment is not received by the due date.

Rebooking and cancellation
You can rebook and cancel verbally or in writing to Åminne Fritid & Havsbad by phone +46 (0)498 340 11 or by e-mail.
You can protect yourself against rebooking-cancellation costs by purchasing cancellation protection at the time of booking.
Cancellation protection costs SEK 270 per object. Group SEK 170/person.
Rebooking refers to a change to another accommodation or another period during the same season, subject to availability.
If you have purchased cancellation protection, you can rebook the subject with a cost for the difference.
Without cancellation protection, an administrative fee of SEK 350 is added.
*New cancellation protection for the rescheduled booking needs to be purchased if desired.

Cancellation with cancellation protection
40 days or more before arrival, everything except cancellation protection and booking fee + an administrative fee of SEK 500 is refunded.
39-2 days before arrival with a valid reason everything is refunded except for the 20% registration fee paid (but at least SEK 500) + any fees.
2-0 days (48 hours) before arrival, the cancellation protection is used up and no refund is made.
*For accommodation that is canceled 40 - 0 days before arrival without a valid reason for cancellation, no refund will be made to the guest.

Cancellation protection can only be ordered at the time of booking and applies to:
* Death, acute illness or accident affecting yourself, spouse, cohabitant, close family or fellow traveler.
* Call-up to the armed forces or the civil defense.
* Serious events beyond your control, e.g. extensive fire or flood in ordinary residence.

You must be able to prove your disability with a certificate from a doctor, authority or insurance company. Certificates must be at our disposal no later than 7 days after cancellation and be stamped and signed by the doctor on duty, authority.
Cancellation must be made as soon as you are informed that the trip will not be able to be carried out.

Cancellation without cancellation protection
40 days or more before arrival, Åminne Fritid keeps 20% of the item's price (but at least SEK 500) + any fees.
39 – 0 days before arrival, Åminne Fritid keeps 100% of the booking price.
No refunds are made for any amount paid for any reason.

Fees for cancellation protection and booking fee are not refunded.

Force majeure In the event that the trip cannot be carried out due to an obstacle beyond the organizer's control that the organizer could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated when the agreement was concluded and whose consequences he could not reasonably have avoided or overcome, the organizer is free from liability for damages or other penalties. Circumstances beyond our control are conditions that prevent the fulfillment of the agreement or become unreasonably burdensome: such as fire, natural disasters and extreme natural events, pandemic restrictions, riots and riots, shortage of means of transport.

We reserve the right for legal changes, price changes and printing errors that are beyond our control.
